Elisa new API gives adaptive bitrate stream

Elisa changed stream type few months ago.

Old "ajax" API interface still gives full resolution, but elisaviihde.py is not built on ajax interface.

I have been using version 1.3 and managed to create a quick & dirty solution so Kodi addon still works.
This patch is attached in this message.

I am not python programmer myself. That's why the patch includes username and password. I am sure someone can make modifications in a way this could be moved to new version, and later sent to Kodi repository.

Read comments on first lines of the patch, and search&replace required strings to insert your own account/password.
