Commands:

cd /opt/redash/current
sudo bin/upgrade
cd /opt/redash/current
mkdir logs
touch api_error.log api.log celery.log celery_scheduled.log
sudo service supervisor start

If it goes wrong:
/usr/bin/supervisord -n -c /etc/supervisor/supervisord.conf
