PersonalUrls deprecated in 1.39

Just a friendly notification that we've deprecated a hook being used by this codebase in 1.39 and hope to remove it by 1.41.

I am working on a forked repo/branch to update WatchAnalytics to support MW 1.39. It is available here:

I have tested some functionality but not all, as much of the DB select/update code should be updated to SelectQueryBuilder. i've only made a small number of updates in my repo to use the new Class.

The remaining updates as of today are documented in djflux#1
