Set up the technology solutions required for this front end focussed project using the React.js view library and ES6.

Task Runner
Linter
Local Webserver for development
Deployment for production (including uglified bundle)

Compilers/Watchers

Sass to CSS compiler
Transpiler (jsx -> ES6 -> ES5)
