We are currently reviewing WP5 experiments to assess whether we could reuse pluma hardware:

  1. Brain as predictor
    • fMRI
    • EEG
    • ECG (n/a)
    • EDA (n/a)
    • Task
      • Videos
      • Button presses
    • Synch pulses
  2. Urban videos
    • EEG
    • EDA (Empatica)
    • ECG
    • Pupillometry (EyeLink 1000)
    • Task
      • Videos
      • Touch screen
  3. Mobility App
  4. Outdoor Walk
  5. VR Walk

Currently there is no solution for ECG and EDA on fMRI experiments, and BIOPAC is being considered as a solution compatible with the magnets. We are not sure whether BIOPAC acquisition filter box can output raw signals compatible with the pluma EDA acquisition card.

We would also need to integrate the pluma acquisition system with their task implementation framework. This is PsychToolbox for exp1 and MonkeyLogic for exp2.

This would require figuring out input TTL or other synch pulse requirements for synchronization of the pluma acquisition with these two different behavior protocols.
