Test linux 6.6 with wpa_supplicant 2.10 to see if the downgrade is still required on these configs.

Initial investigation in this has found that it is likely a driver issue as it appears to be related to wpa_supplicant attempting to send WPA control commands over NL80211 which looks like its standard for every wireless driver. This issue is still present in wpa_supplicant/hostap 2.10 and 2.11, in 5.10, 6.6, and 6.12 kernels.
