Add a Status field to the Sw Component (apis table)

Adding a status field to each sw component can simplify monitor of the work progress and can be used to notify people that a sw component is ready for review or that the analysis has been approved.
To handle the case of some broken link in case of changes in one of the element of the analysis we can force a status change to REWORK. That also notify people that something need to be done.

• We can add a filter field in the listing page to simplify the selection of the desired api
