Steps to reproduce

2024-09-30_14-09

  1. Set Element Web to any language other than English
  2. Open "All settings"

Outcome

What did you expect?

The heading and "Account" should be translated.

What happened instead?

The heading and "Account" are never translated.

They are hooked up to i18n, just missing community-contributed translations for those keys, e.g. settings|keyboard|dialog_title & settings|account|title

And as shown above, Polish has them, and works as expected:
