We see UTDs from time to time with this sort of error:

 2024-07-26T06:56:47.706Z W Error decrypting event (id=$b1tEnUxtW4sUFzJVe2arCZyuTzCQlSTko4ttWQaQRHc type=m.room.encrypted sender=@<redacted> room=!<redacted> ts=2024-02-23T13:41:28.010Z): DecryptionError[msg: missing field `algorithm` at line 1 column 126, session: undefined|undefined]

I don't really know what could cause that to happen; possibly some failure to load the event body from the server?
