Add an option to automatically sign out sessions that haven't been seen in 90 days

Why would you like to do it?

Element Web already suggests users sign out sessions that haven't been seen in 90 days. It is a good security policy, and having a tick box to do it automatically builds better security for those users who want it and Matrix as a whole.

How would you like to achieve it?

A tick box either in Sessions or Security, as it is related to both.

This isn't something Matrix supports to be configurable on a per-user level, only on a server-wide level set by the server admins.
