Can we find a credible emission factor for Norwegian Hydro?

Hey all,

We are currently using IPCC 2014 emission factors for hydropower in Norway. But the variations for hydro are quite large depending on regions (tropical is higher, mountainous most likely lower).
Since we have better data (UNECE) for Sweden, it would be great if we could also update the number for Norway!

So far this report from Norsus claiming 3,3g CO2e/kWh is the only real source I have found, but it does not elaborate a lot on the LCA approach used. Does anyone know of a better source, or perhaps even details on whether this report from Norsus is trustworthy?
