Tracking issue for Metric update activities and considerations that need to be assessed.

• Structure and position of elements (number at top, text, extra text..)
• Progress bar style and position (within component instead of at the edge)
• Padding coordinate with Borealis panels
• Mono-spaced font (pending conversation on EUI side)
• Comparison with previous period of time - New feature
• Responsive layout structure ready to welcome minified charts (with reconsideration of background trendline)
• Minified charts
• Release schedule and planning
• Relationship with current style and structure (do they live together, does the update overwrite the current one? can the user pick?)
