A better way to tiebreak draws

Looking at the code it seems like the tie breaker favors the user with the higher user ID, could this be updated to be something more relevant?

Something fun could be a sudden death round for the tied players with one final set and the next one to get a set wins.
Something easier could be declaring the winner to be the first person who reached the tied number.

UI explaining the tiebreaking mechanism would be great too!
