Errors:
error: can't create or remove files in install directory
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/test-easy-install-23469.write-test'
The installation directory you specified (via --install-dir, --prefix, or
the distutils default setting) was:

    /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/

This directory does not currently exist.  Please create it and try again, or
choose a different installation directory (using the -d or --install-dir
option).


Sol.:
python2.7 setup.py build develop --install-dir=/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages --user

python3 setup.py build develop --install-dir=/usr/lib/python3.6/dist-packages --user

When run: 
python test_net.py --dataset pascal_voc --net vgg16 \
                   --checksession $SESSION --checkepoch $EPOCH --checkpoint $CHECKPOINT \
                   --cuda

Errors:
ImportError: cannot import name _mask

Sol.:
cd ./data
git clone https://github.com/cocodataset/cocoapi
cd cocoapi/PythonAPI
make
change folder cocoapi to coco

ImportError: libcudart.so.10.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

export PATH=/usr/local/cuda/bin:$PATH
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda/lib64:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH     

Errors: it happens because we already made the project run in a PC, but
then we copy the project to another PC. So, we must rebuild because, we 
chagne the working env (build/compile the source code in the working env). But,
remember to remove the build dir first.
