Dependencies (in addition to Python and Jupyter) pull from both this repo and https://github.com/edgi-govdata-archiving/ECHO_modules. What all must be installed locally before the Notebook will run completely and without error?

To close this issue, add a "Running locally" section to the readme.

Hey I am new to open source. I had a doubt regarding this issue. In the readme file do we have to mention things we need to install locally for jupytor notebook to work on our system?
