Mention and include LICENSE

The project does not state licensing (and copyright) information in human (README) or machine-readable (*json, *gemspec ,...) form nor does it include a COPYING or LICENSE file.

On edgeryders there was relevant discussion/info about a different project regarding that (https://edgeryders.eu/t/rewrite-of-dreams-for-multi-tenancy-and-wider-adoption/11476/9 , but also another one which I do not find). I believe bottom line was: copyright as you wish as long as its a well known Free Software License.
