用squoosh压缩图片 #66

现在reSKRipt默认是不带图片压缩功能的，装上@reskript/config-img-loader以后会使用img-loader去做图片压缩。这东西依赖imagemin需要网络下载二进制，影响安装的速度和成功率

现在有squoosh用WASM来实现图片压缩，可以写一个loader出来

需要观察下这个issue的情况：Node.js - abort(RangeError: WebAssembly.instantiate(): Out of memory: wasm memory) GoogleChromeLabs/squoosh#1065
看起来有些图片会越压缩越大，有待分析
