能否支持和pie相同效果的 top,left,bottom,right 配置属性？ #167

实现一个水球图和饼环图结合的图形，为了解决饼图标签与下方的图例重合问题，配置了series为pie的bottom，导致pie计算半径的高度和水球图计算半斤的高度不一致，从而在相同center，相同比例radius的配置下，两者没法契合
