 The original [NEON forecasting challenge](https://projects.ecoforecast.org/neon4cast-ci/) has been [an excellent focal project in university courses](https://www.neonscience.org/impact/observatory-blog/efi-neon-forecasting-challenge-classroom) and this EFI-USGS challenge could be used as classroom projects as well.
