Bug Description:

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Install Oracle Developer Tools for VS Code (SQL and PLSQL)
2.Create a connection
3.Right click on the created connection, then select 'Open New SQL File'
4.Notification : 'Open New SQL File' is not supported when multiple objects are selected in Oracle Explorer > Database view.
