S-CORE Logo & Name: Rollout of the project logo and updated project name

The S-CORE Logo was agreed and decided in #214. #106 clarified that there is no copyright violation for either the logo or the name. #222 makes the logo available in the repo.

Remarks to the renaming procedure from PL-Circle (originally tracked via #166, now merged in this issue):

• To be changed in written text, but not organization/project names or in source code, as this will mean also changing of the links

Tasks to rollout the logo and name:

• Include the logo in the web page
• Include the logo in the github project
• Include the logo in the in the eclipse project?
• Update the documentation to use the name S-CORE instead of SCORE
