In order to deploy pull request previews:

We currently have a custom action extracted as a separate file at https://github.com/eclipse-score/score/tree/main/.github/actions/deploy-versioned-pages
The idea was to make it fully independent like this: https://github.com/AlexanderLanin/versioned-pages
But potentially this can completely replace our approach: https://github.com/rossjrw/pr-preview-action

Scope of issue: attempt switch to pr-preview-action
