Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A VSS Signal allows the definition of a ValueRestrictions. This value is currently read but not enforced by the Databroker.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Enforce the min and max values for set calls
  • (Optional) Add the ability to get the min and max values via metadata in the databroker-cli and python-sdk
