More sophisticated progress reporting for code generation

For large projects, it would make sense to have real progress reporting (instead of just a busy indicator) that also indicates which files are currently processed and how much more work is to be done.
Therefore, we should use lsp4j also in the code gen service to simplify sending status updates to the client. Similar to #113
