Feature Request: Automatically Share New Post To Twitter

Automatically share a newly created post to Twitter including the ability to select which parts of the posts to share (description, link, image etc) and the ability to add hashtags to the Twitter post before posting it.

This could be a feature as simple as reading the eSteem RSS, parsing it, modifying each entry (adding hashtags etc) and then posting it.
