[Feature Request] Add profile changes for followers and upvotes

I recon this one is quite a simple add-on too that no one is doing...

Suggestion:
Add + (green) or - (red) counts for followers and upvotes comparison with last day. Maybe re-organize the disposition of those counters to better reflect what has updates against last day. For example, updates against last day in the top, and the rest in the bottom.

Interesting, we already have activities for these type of changes and adding this shouldn't be complicated. We will consider this in future updates.
