CI should fail if Documentation build fails

Currently the documentation build is not directly triggered by git events, but by another workflow. It appears that this causes the documentation workflow to fail "silently", i.e. without indicating the problem in the github UI.

One possible solution might be to merge "Documentation" and "Evaluation" into one workflow and keep trigger conditions of Evaluation.
