Defaults - FEEDBACK WANTED

If you're a user of arena.nvim, I'd love to get your feedback on the default options of the plugin currently. The main points of contention for me are:

• ignore_current
• devicons
• The frecency algorithm tuning

If you use any of these options (and think they'd make good default behavior), let me know. If you're interested in any of them, make sure to check them out and leave feedback in this issue! And of course, if you think the default options are good, then please also comment that in this issue.

I just started using arena.nvim (thanks for the great plugin, btw), and the first thing I configured was ignore_current = true. I can't think of any scenario where I'd find it beneficial to include the current buffer in the list.

I also turned off devicons, but I think that's more of a personal preference.
