base image: dustynv/l4t-pytorch:r36.2

Looking in indexes: http://jetson.webredirect.org/jp6/cu122, https://pypi.ngc.nvidia.com
On Friday I was able to get a response from "telnet 162.216.242.206 443", which is the IP hosting the default pip index within this image, but now (Monday) it isn't stable. I've tried using a VPN to no avail. I can download the packages sometimes, but inconsistently.

I don't need any support on this, just making an issue to let it be known that this index may not be stable. I have a self-hosted index that I will be putting all the dependencies on to resolve this.

Thanks for letting me know - I had forgotten to merge dev into master, sorry - it included a change (11a616c) which changes the pip URL to https://pypi.jetson-ai-lab.dev

If you pull the latest, new containers you build will use that base URL instead. Are you able to access the new URL over https? Of course, I encourage you to mirror it or run your own. To enable containerized HTTPS serving, I ended up using https-portal and LetsEncrypt
