Description

When starting a chat without specifying an assistant, there is an issue where clicking the three dots on the assistant card does not trigger any action.

The expected behavior is that clicking the three dots should either select the assistant or reveal additional options, but nothing happens when clicked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a chat conversation without specifying an assistant.
2. Wait for the prompt asking which assistant you'd like to chat with.
3. Click the three dots on any of the suggested assistant cards.
4. Observe that no action is taken after clicking the three dots.
