Fix exclusion rule for Snowflake != root call #10400

The root call in Snowflake is expected to have a slightly different behavior between core and connectors.
https://github.com/dust-tt/dust/pull/10357/files aims at ignoring this diff, but is slightly incorrects and still shows up in the log.
The log is most likely due to this, if not it should be investigated.
