I will look up for references of how the time reading (medium style) is calculated (number of lines or words, proportion of height in pixels, whatever) and implement it in our posts.

After a little research, I found that best way to measure it is to count from the total number of words. The average reading speed is something between 200 and 250 words per minute. So, basic math and some JS can make this feature.
So, when more critical things got detected and resolved, I can look into that.
