duckdb cannot upload large files to Source.Coop's S3 interface because it lacks the configuration option for s3.multipart_threshold (docs). Source.coop requires this be set below 50MB.

It would be great if we could set this as a configuration option in DuckDB!

(Alternately, it would be great if we could just use custom AWS profiles from ~/.aws/config but these seem to be ignored.)
