Restructure of files

The structure of HTML files in the repository does not follow the format that was initially specified in README.md in order to ensure the separation of concerns and keep the repository neat.

We need a restructuring of files according to this format. Restructuring does not just include moving files to follow the format but also making sure that all the links and references (to other HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other files) work.
