We need a Jenkins build slave on Mac OS, to build the PyInstaller Mac executable, test it, and upload it to Github.

This is on hold until I can get PyInstaller to work on MacOS. Try setting console=False in slugathon.spec

Depends on #159. I sent a message to the PyInstaller Google Group to see if anyone else had made it work with PyGTK on Mac OS.
