yamldown does not seem to be a general "frontmatter" parser for geneontology #3

Looking at go-site/metadata/gorefs, when run through yamldown, all files are parsed variably, largely centering on what seems to be an issue with the frontmatter parsing around lines like

id: GO_REF:0000093

which causes the rest of the file to be parsed as YAML (and usually failing).
A fix seems to be quoting the ids as:

id: "GO_REF:0000093"

I'm unsure if this is an issue in yamldown or the non-adherence of gorefs to the YAML spec.
