Thanks for CoRD, we like it better than MS product.
We are using it for TSE client.
OS X 10.6, CoRD 0.5.7, french keyboard.
NOTE : The windows sessions have both keyboard (french and american) configured and default to french keyboard. But same problem on sessions where only french keyboard is defined/set.
We have a problem with keyboard. We use standard french keyboard (no custom) but some keys are note mapped properly.
basic keys work fine (A-Z, é, è, etc..) but some other char are problematic.
Trying to type "@" on the mac make a ² (power 2) for instance.
That's a good question. Without the proper setup to test with its really hard to nail down. The most likely culprit is we're not mapping to the right windows keymap (in windows_keymap_table.txt), as for some languages there seems to be multiple keyboard flavors. @dorianj is much better versed in these things than I. The complexities of keyboards, languages, keymappings, modifier keys, and all the other crap that goes into making text entry work at all makes my head hurt.
Also, I noted that these keys are not in "keymap.txt".
If it's any help : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2841
By proper setup you mean a french keyboard or a french version of Windows ?
How can I help (other than sending you a box of aspirin ;-)
Thanks
Bruno
Same issue here. I was needing to type a password with numbers on a remote Windows 2012 Server while I realize it wouldn't work.
No issues with my US keyboard however.

Cf this message in the forum.

Here are some example:
Mac Keyboard -> Windows Keyboard (result typed)
@ -> ²
6§ -> 6-
8! -> 8_
$ -> $£
£` -> µ
+= -> §!
Does it need a code fix or can it be done through "keymap.txt" file ?
Thanks
