A3M v2 is most likely going to be released together with CI3.

What page are you getting the error at?

this error is actually in beta version ci3(admin panel): http://localhost/a3m/account/manage_users

And i actually want to develop a portal system from this A3M and i want to know that will it be easy to update after i develop in current stable version to future upcoming versions ??

I just merged a patch that should fix that error.

There currently is one major change still in the works and that is the new CI3 sessions, other than that it should be just small improvements.

#116 has updated to CI3 rc2 so check it out now. I think that should fix this issue.

Yes, that is intentional telling you that you need to tweak your e-mail settings as the current one are not allowing your to send out e-mails.
