키보드 단축키를 이용한 추가 삭제 기능 #60

크롬, 웨일, edge, 파이어폭스, 사파리의 단축키와 겹치지 않는 단축키 기능이 있으면 좋지 않을까 생각했습니다.
(활동의 등록 수정 삭제시, 목표의 등록 수정 삭제시 이용)

ex)
ctrl N -> 등록 모달창을 띄움.
내용 작성 중, Tab을 이용하여 수정.(물론 지금도 됨)
enter로 저장

카드 선택상태를 만들고(ex) 카드 근처에 활성화 표시)
화살표 버튼을 이용하여 근접한 카드로 이동.
delete 버튼 클릭시 삭제하시겠습니까 확인창.
