Feature request: flag &sectionexists like &pageexists

Thank you for the great include plugin!! It is brilliant!! What would we do without it??
One drawback, however, as section headers are frequently edited, this breaks the pages. This would be less of an issue, if a flag existed, like the &pageexists flag, which checks, if the section actually exists. And only displays the include, if so.

exactly, that is what I am looking for, even if there could be an alt text when the section is not found, e.g."no events on this date"
