How to delete a template?

I have templates that I want to delete but there's no way to delete them?

"Hover over the relevant template and you will see some options on the right. Click on Delete."

Thanks, But I don't see any options. I don't even know how I can hover over it. I'm on android. It's a UI bug if these options only show up on desktop. Unless I missed something?
