I wonder that is it possible to support FREQ=LUNAR_YEAR in the future?

I've not heard of this FREQ value so far. Do you know where I can find any specs?
Also, I think RFC 7529 might do the trick. We already support this along with a few lunar calendar scales. Please check if that solves the issue for you.
