Add CreatedAt column to PR view and Issue view

I always find a PR/Issue based on when it is created. So I will be nice if CreatedAt is shown on PR / Issue view.

That's true. I want a CreatedAt column, not a UpdatedAt column.

Do you agree with adding it? If so, I'll try to implement it when I have time. (Maybe sometime in this month or next month)
