Create a readme file with event name inside events folder and add the details in the below format. For ex in this case, filename will be: Django_py.md

Event Proposal:

  • Event Type: (e.g., Meetup, Workshop, Webinar)
  • Target Audience:
  • Estimated Number of Participants:

2️⃣ Event Details

  • Proposed Date and Time:
  • Location: (online/offline, include platform or venue details)
  • Agenda:
    • Introduction
    • Speaker Sessions
    • Networking
    • Q&A

3️⃣ Team Members

  • Organizer(s):
  • Email Contact:

4️⃣ Social Media Post(Event Announcement)

  • Caption :
  • Image/Graphic:

5️⃣ Group photo

@YashRaj1506 @Daksh777 , I have added a format (thanks to @whyanshika for creating the format) in which you can create a PR showing that the event was successfully organized. Co authoring the commit is encouraged.
