Automatize the google data studio board for contribution's purposes

Basically the same issue as 361.

The need is to have a simple process to view stats of notices and contributors, in order to have a continuous improvement process.
Work has been done in Google data studio, however it is not an automatic process, a csv is extracted from the db and manually added to the db.
