Lead-up to Beta

My original goals for this project are nearing completion. As soon as I integrate the positional embedding techniques I have targeted and (hopefully) find a way to make inference more efficient, this project will be in a state that I consider feature-complete. Hence, v0.3.0 will be the official beta release for infini-transformer.

I'd like to offer my sincere thanks to everyone who's contributed PRs, discussions, found issues during development, or supported the project in any way.

While I plan to take a step back from developing infini-transformer after the beta release, I'll still be around to address issues as they arise. I'm also open to suggestions if anyone out there has features they'd like to see added after v0.3.0.
