I just tested it right now with CBHC 1.4 installed and Mocha 0.2, if I try to delete the VC game (from redNAND Mocha CFW), the system gives me an error message and the console reboots. The VC game is not deleted.
Though, I would wait for @dimok789 to confirm. Deleting the title will cause a brick. You've warned.
