Additional Controller Sync Lost #12

I currently boot mocha from sysnand (haxchi) into rednand (unlinked).
Every time I use my WiiU or reboot I have to sync my additional controller (wiimote or WiiU Pro Controller etc) again. I'm not sure why?

I thought my Pro controller had issues, maybe not. Me as well, have to sync each time.
