[Feature Request]: Option to restart after custom node install

Summary

Currently the custom node installation process concludes by prompting the user to "Reset ComfyUI to apply changes". This requires the user to return to either ComfyUI or the terminal.

It would be better if the user was prompted to restart ComfyUI from within the Flow interface.

Description

Sending a request to the /manager/reboot API endpoint should result in a reboot.

The Flow UI could then assist the user to wait for the reboot using either:

• A simple waiting screen similar to SD.Next
• A navbar status widget similar to EasyDiffusion
