Expose start delay in child workflow options

Thanks for the request! This feature would be very useful for managing Workflow Executions in Temporal.

In the meantime, you can use the temporal workflow list command with a query that filters Workflow Executions by Search Attributes, like the WorkflowType or ExecutionStatus. You can also use the temporal workflow show command to see the entire Event History of a given Workflow Execution.
